All volumes have a double rule blindstamped border with corner designs on the front and rear covers; The Promised Messiah has four raised bands and three floral devices in blind, the Mortal Messiah, Books 1-4 & The Millennial Messiah have five raised bands and the same floral devices in gilt; all volumes have the author, title and publisher in gilt as well. The Promised Messiah has textured blue endsheets, the four Mortal Messiah volumes have similar endsheets and the Millennial Messiah has smooth blue endsheets. All edges gilt on all volumes.

Name of Roger L. Reynolds embossed on front cover of all but Mortal Messiah, Book 1 and Promised Messiah. Roger was a manager of several locations of Deseret Book and ended his career as the manager of the BYU Bookstore. Condition: Near fine. Item #40591
